What if the pillow just doesn't work for me? Can I return it?
Absolutely! We guarantee our pillows for three months. We will accept a return and refund your money. You will just need to cover the return postage cost.

Will the wool in the pillows compress?
Wool will compress after usage. We encourage you to vigorously fluff the pillows daily which will help keep the wool fluffier. The wool can compress by about 1/3 in volume. We stuff extra wool in our pillows to compensate for this.

Where is the organic cotton fabric from that you use in your organic cotton pillows?
We source our organic cotton fabric from Organic Cottons Plus, a reliable and knowledgeable distributor or organic cotton fabrics. The cotton is grown and manufactured in the U.S.A.
