Cocoknits has finally created their own tape measures! They are made of the same PLA as their Needle Gauge. The metal tape inside matures both inches and cm/mm, and has a metal tab on the end to keep it from retracting into the body of the tape measure. There is no locking mechanism so they could keep it plastic free and reduce the likelihood of breakage. Packaged in a linen drawstring bag.

Molded PLA - 100% fiber waste called polylactic acid, which is made from fermented plant starch such as corn, beets, or sugar cane. It is 100% biodegradable and contains no plastic.
Size is 2.5 x 2 x 0.5 inches (6.5 x 5 x 1.27 cm)
Metal tape is 78 in/2 m long
