The Knitting Barber Cords are made by Johanna Stolpe in Vasa Finland.  This talented knitter also creates handy tools to make your knitting a pleasure to work with.  The silicone cords are used to slide yarn on and off your knitting needles.  Perfect to try on a sweater or hold stitches for sleeves.  

Each tin includes a set of silicone cords: one 60" and two 30" cords.

They come in 14 different colors.

    Where have these been all my life?? They are so easy to use, and the large ones are perfect for using to try on a sweater without having to use waste yarn. Lots easier to use, too. These are one knitting tool that I will get a ton of use out of.

    These are a game changer! At first I thought, "Why? I can always thread a smooth piece of scrap yarn through." But these are smooth and fast. Transferring off and back on the needle is quick and easy. I'll be purchasing another set, I'm sure!
