LAMANA Piura

LAMANA is a yarn company in Germany specializing in fine, lace weight yarns. We fell in love with the LAMANA Piura which is a lace weight yarn of pure baby alpaca fiber. The handle is incredibly soft and feels delicate but the two ply construction makes for a strong lace weight yarn. It's very versatile with a wide range of needle sizes.  It will make beautiful scarves, shawls, and sweaters with incredible drape.

It can also be carried along with your knitting, similar to mohair.
