We are blessed in this part of New York State to have a number of family run lavender flower farms. If you ever get the chance to visit and pick your own lavender bouquet, you will be glad you did! We picked our flowers at the Lavender Manor Farms in Cobleskill, NY. There is a photo of me picking flowers with an Amish hay wagon in the background at the Lavender Manor Farms. Ever since my visit, I have been dreaming about making a yarn that exudes the many lavender flower colors. Kelly Shultes did it again in her dyeing magic.
